Do I need ServiceM8?
No. We can connect ServiceM8 when you use it, or provide a simple quote follow-up workspace when you do not.
How long does setup take?
Existing-site setups have a standard target of 5 business days after complete onboarding. Website-and-automation setups have a standard target of 10 business days.
What is included in the 500 messages?
The allowance is shared across missed-call responses, quote follow-ups, and review requests. Additional outbound usage is $0.15 per segment. Website-enquiry acknowledgements go out by email, so they never use this allowance.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
Can I contact you before paying?
Yes. Use the existing contact form and we will answer your question. You can then pay through the website or use a checkout link we send you.
